The Glue Gunner: The Master of Stalling
The Glue Gunner is your primary tool for controlling the pace of the game. In a "minimalist victory" strategy, damage towers like the Bomb Shooter are expensive to scale; the Glue Gunner is the low-cost solution to buy that damage time.
Stalling as Defense
Every second a MOAB is glued at the entrance is a second your Sniper Monkey or Tack Shooter spends dealing damage without threat. The middle path MOAB Glue is the most misunderstood upgrade in the game—it is not for popping, it is for stretching the track length.
Strategic Synergies
- Damage Enablers: Pairs perfectly with the Sniper Monkey (Top Path) and Tack Shooter (Bottom Path), keeping high-HP targets within their optimal damage range for longer durations.
- Control Chains: Combine with Boomerang Monkey (MOAB Press) to create infinite stall chains on tracks with loops or intersections.
- Buff Requirements: If running The Bloon Solver as a primary damage source, pair with a Monkey Village (Radar Scanner) to ensure the corrosive glue lands on all bloon types, including Camo.
